2.3.1. Create link

You can easily create a new link by clicking ”Create link”. The link is placed below in the page tree.

When you create a link you  first choose a title and a URL also known as an Internet address. The title is the title of the link in the menu and the URL is an external or internal link. After this, it will be chosen whether the link should open in the same window (same) or a new window (blank). Final step is choosing whether it should be visible in the menu.

When you have typed in these information you click the ”create” button. You can now see that the link will appear under ”waiting to be published”. As long as the link is here it is not available in your web solution. Now you pull the folder to the “the house” in the page tree to make it active in your web solution. The link will automatically be placed in the bottom of the tree but you can easily move the link by pulling it to a new placement.
